Sponsorship Terms and ConditionsTerms of Payment: All payments due are on signing, by check or credit card. Confirmation: Your sponsorship will be guaranteed after the receipt of the sponsorship agreement and an initial deposit of $5,000. Sponsor Registration Obligation: Each sponsor agrees to invite and register ten current clients to the event. Selling Power will provide 12 free passes for supporting sponsors and 20 free passes for content sponsors. The registration will close a month prior to the event. Sponsor Presenter/Panelist Obligation: Each Content Sponsor will nominate ONE client to deliver a presentation and then participate in an expert panel. Each Supporting Sponsor will nominate ONE client to participate on an expert panel. The Presenter/Panelist nominations need to be completed by Jan 16th 2009. The presentations need to be completed by Jan. 30st 2009. Cancellation: Cancellations must be in writing. Requests for refunds received prior to Dec. 31st, 2008 receive a 50 percent refund. After Jan, 1st 2009 no refunds will be given. Sublet: Sponsors may not sublet or apportion part of the exhibit to advertise or distribute literature for other organizations.
